Terms of Use and Image Rights

By this document, I, hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPANT, declare for all legal purposes, especially before Fazendinha Equitação e Serviços LTDA (CNPJ: 31.876.040/0001-25), hereinafter referred to as ORGANIZER, the following:

  1. Risk Acknowledgment: I am aware that the activity of horseback riding involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, trail conditions, and accidents with animals, which may result in physical injury, psychological trauma, material damage, and/or death.
  2. Conduct During the Activity: I commit to follow all safety instructions provided by the ORGANIZER, including the mandatory use of helmets for minors and respect the established rules, such as the prohibition of spontaneous trotting and galloping. I understand that non-compliance with these instructions can increase the risk of accidents.
  3. Participation of Minors: In the case of enrollment of a minor, I declare to be the legal guardian or duly authorized by the legal guardian of the minor, allowing their participation in the horseback ride. I acknowledge and assume, on their behalf, all risks involved.
  4. Physical Fitness and Health: I attest to being in good physical and health condition to participate in the activity, and the ORGANIZER is not responsible for assessing my physical condition.
  5. Waiver of Liability: By agreeing to this term, I release the ORGANIZER, its directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that I or the enrolled minor may suffer as a result of participating in the horseback ride, except those caused by negligence or wilful misconduct of the ORGANIZER.
  6. Consent for Use of Images: I authorize the ORGANIZER to use my image or that of the enrolled minor, captured during the ride, for the purposes of promoting and advertising the activity, without this implying any compensation.

This term is made in an irrevocable and unalterable manner, serving as documentary proof of my agreement with all the terms described herein.
